Shipping policy

Shipping from Sweden
All Vincentigue orders are shipped from Sweden. Every certified gemstone and jewellery piece is packed securely and dispatched together with its original laboratory report and documentation.

Shipping costs
• Orders of €500 or more: free shipping.
• Orders under €500: €20 flat rate.
The shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times
• Within the EU: 3–7 business days.
• Outside the EU: 5–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance or public holidays.

Carriers, tracking and insurance
Orders are shipped with an established international carrier such as DHL or UPS. All shipments are fully insured and tracked, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Depending on the carrier and the value of the shipment, a signature may be required on delivery.

Customs duties and taxes
Within the EU: No customs duties apply. Prices are shown including the VAT of your country.

Outside the EU (including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and the Gulf states): Import duties and taxes for your country are calculated at checkout and paid together with your order. They are shown as a separate line before payment, so there are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.

In rare cases, local authorities may assess additional fees at import, for example carrier brokerage or handling fees that cannot be calculated in advance. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct and complete. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@vincentigue.com, before the order has been dispatched.

Damaged or lost shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at contact@vincentigue.com as soon as possible. We will handle the matter with the carrier and the insurer.
