At Vincentigue, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The gemstone must remain unaltered and unset.
- All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Due to the nature of certified gemstones, any modification, setting, or damage voids the return eligibility.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For security reasons, all returns must be fully insured and shipped with tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified regarding approval.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
